个人简介

    谢志,男,博士学位,中山大学眼科中心教授兼任中山大学生命科学院教授,博士研究生导师,中山大学系统生物学实验室负责人,美国罕见病基因研究所中国发展中心主任。第三批青年千人计划获得者。
    谢志博士1998年临床医学专业本科毕业于重庆医科大学,2004年应用计算机专业毕业于新西兰林肯大学(一级荣誉学位),2007年在新西兰林肯大学获得计算系统生物学(Computational Systems Biology)博士学位。后在美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院Wilmer眼科研究院接受了3年的博士后训练。于2010年起在美国国立健康研究院人体免疫中心任正式职位科学家(Staff Scientist)。于2012年起在美国国家癌症研究院任研究员(Investigator)。2013年回国后被聘为中山大学特聘教授。
     主要研究兴趣:基于计算生物学,基因组学及蛋白组学的人体疾病的研究。主要学术任职包括2011年美国生物信息学ACM会议委员会委员,2013年德国第9届国际生物信息学会议委员会委员,2014年英国第10届国际生物信息学会议委员会委员,瑞士《统计遗传学和数学前沿》副主编,美国《PLoS One》学术编辑等,PLoS Computational Biology, Nucleic Acids Research, Bioinformatics等数十个国际期刊评审人。
