科研研究工作简介

       本人一直致力于生物大数据分析和处理、基因组学和蛋白质学生物信息学和研究工作。以第一作者和共同第一作者在国际期刊NAR (IF=8.0), JPR (IF=5.7) , Journal of Proteomics (IF=5.0) , PLOS ONE (IF=4.3) 等上发表SCI论文10余篇,平均影响因子大于4.0(IF>4.0),参与SCI文章20余篇;先后主持国家自然基金、广州省教育厅基金和教育部基金各一项,参与国家自然基金项目多项;以第一发明人身份申请专利4项,获专利公开号一项,申请软件著作权6项,编写科学出版社出版专著《功能蛋白质研究》硕博士教材第九章。目前指导3名研究生和5名本科生的科研工作,开发ProVerB DispecFANSeFANSe2等算法和软件,还是PROTOMICS和OMICS杂志的审稿人。

研究方向
1)生物质谱数据分析算法及软件:生物质谱鉴定算法,肽段De novo测序算法,翻译后修饰鉴定算法和N15等蛋白质定量软件。
2)下一代DNA测序数据处理算法及软件:比对算法,剪切变体设别算法,De novo拼接算法和DNA甲基化位点分析算法
3)大规模鉴定蛋白质翻译后修饰新方法研究:泛素化修饰新方法研究和乙酰化修饰新方法研究。
